Construction

The stack, top down.

Four of the seven layers are specified by supplier and not merely by tolerance. That is the part a competitor cannot match on price alone, because it is a purchasing decision made before the line starts.

Eighteen stations, glass loading to FPC bend.

Fully automatic ACF attachment, fully automatic COF/COG bonding, automated optical inspection for particle detection at the bond, and a three-in-one dispensing head for silver, face glue and wire glue. The stations in orange are the ones the factory marks as determining yield.
