RISGOO
OLEDLCDShenzhen

LCD and OLED display assemblies for the global replacement market, built to the original specification.

Shenzhen Risgoo Technology runs eighteen automated stations and inspects every unit 78 times before it ships. The company holds 170 product patents and publishes a film library covering the full production process.

The position

RISGOO builds every display to the panel maker's original specification.

A replacement display is normally where cost comes out. A looser panel bin, a thinner adhesive, a driver qualified at a lower refresh rate. The part fits, powers up, and is visibly not the one that came out.

RISGOO buys cells from the same four panel makers that supply the handset industry, bonds them with Mitsubishi optically clear adhesive on an eighteen-station automated line, and measures every finished unit 78 times before it ships.

The specification

Four specifications every unit is measured against.

Published on every pack and on the specification page of the brand book. Every material and process on the line is chosen to meet these four numbers.

500nit

Brightness

Held across the sheet, not peaked at centre. Uniformity is a backlight-assembly problem before it is a panel one.

120Hz

Refresh rate

Driver and bonding qualified to the same rate as the handsets these replace.

99.99%

NTSC coverage

Colour calibrated per programme rather than per batch, which is what makes unit-to-unit drift measurable.

35%

Heat dissipation

Improvement from a graphene layer, against RISGOO's own previous construction.

A RISGOO assembly beside another supplier's panel, driven from the same source.

Colour accuracy is checked against a reference panel.

A single panel viewed on its own always looks correct, so RISGOO ships a dual-screen comparison box to its distributors and runs an eight-unit linkage rig on the line. Both exist to show that colour holds steady from one unit to the next, not just within one unit.

Validation

The factory films its own destructive testing.

Six rigs, all recorded on film. RISGOO is the only supplier in the category that publishes footage of its own destructive testing, not just a written result.

Impact

Weighted head released onto the face of a mounted assembly.

Qualifies the lamination bond, not the glass. A cell that delaminates under shock was bonded wrong.

Immersion

Powered assemblies held submerged in a clear tank.

Tests the adhesive perimeter as a sealed system. It is the hardest thing to get right at volume and the first thing a cheap line drops.

Flex

Flexible panel driven around a fixed radius, cycled.

Qualifies the FPC tail and the bend station that forms it - station 18, and the last chance to ruin a finished unit.

Point load

An industrial sewing machine run across the cover glass.

Concentrated load at a repetition rate no drop test reaches. It characterises the cover glass and the OCA together.

Electrostatic discharge

Discharge applied directly to a powered assembly.

ESD is the dominant field-failure mode in this category. Surviving it is a function of the anti-static layer specified at stack position four.

Eight-unit linkage

Eight assemblies driven from a single source, side by side.

The only honest test of unit-to-unit consistency. Colour drift between units is invisible one at a time and obvious in a row of eight.

37g

Saves 50% of shipping cost

A drawn steel tin replacing a moulded tray in a carton. It protects the assembly identically and weighs a fraction of it. On a category where freight is a material share of landed cost, halving it is a margin decision taken at the packaging line.

Vacuum bag

Sealed in line, so the assembly leaves the factory without an electrostatic path into it.

Repair kit

Cleaning wipe, disassembly card, dust-free tape and service card, boxed with every unit.
